We value a close partnership with parents and see families as an essential part of each child’s early learning journey.
Through open communication and shared experiences, we create a consistent, supportive environment where children thrive both at nursery and home.
Building family partnerships

Parent engagement events
Throughout the year we host a variety of events that bring parents into our nurseries. Highlights include our parent mixers, featuring a Summer BBQ and Christmas event. We also organise smaller events throughout the year such as parent workshops, fundraisers and smoothie or coffee mornings, giving parents regular opportunities to connect with staff and one another.
Parent feedback surveys
We conduct annual parent surveys to gather valuable insights and opinions. The responses are carefully reviewed and used to guide positive changes within the nurseries, ensuring that our provision continues to reflect the needs and priorities of our families.

Progress meetings
We hold progress meetings at least twice a year with your child’s Key Person. These sessions provide a dedicated time to discuss your child’s development and celebrate their achievements. Together with your child’s Key Person, we discuss their next steps to ensure everybody is working together so that learning can be extended at home as well as at the nursery.
