Early Years Practitioner

It’s hard to know where to start, but with our two nurseries in Guildford and one in Shamley Green, we certainly have the variety of settings and teams to be able to find the right location for you and as a company, our support for apprentices is outstanding.
Our settings have many professionals from practitioners to managers who started with us as an apprentice, have worked at many of our settings, in many roles and some are now managers.

GRADUATES: Castle Nurseries pride themselves on the commitment shown to the professional development of each individual team. Evidence of this is based upon the large amount of staff who are studying or have studied to graduate level, from Foundation Degrees to Masters in Early Years.
